YAM FRITTERS
Ingredients;
500g yam ,skinned,sliced thin,steamed and mashed
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
oil for deep frying
method;
1.put mashed yam into bowl
2.Add all other ingredient except the oil and knead well.
3.Shape into small balls or sausages.
4.heat oil and fry the yam fritters until golden brown.
5.Drain on absorbent paper and serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
